Kindergarten Registration

Enrollment Procedure

Parents & guardians may pick up enrollment packets at the school. For more information, please call 707-792-4860 or visit our front office during school hours: Monday, Wednesday through Friday - 8:00-3:30 and Tuesday - 8:00-2:30.

Please take the time to review your completed registration packet with our office staff and bring original documents for photocopying. You will need to furnish your child's birth certificate (baptismal record or passport is fine), immunization record and proof of your residencial address (such as lease/mortgage papers, cable, water or PGE bill).

Kindergarten registration is due early so the school can plan effectively for the upcoming school year. Children registering for Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before December 2 of this year. Keep in mind that school offices will be closed or open on a very limited basis during the summer. Parents are encouraged to submit their registration as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Parents who do not know their school attendance zone should visit the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District website at https://www.crpusd.org/ or call 707-792-4722.
