Below you will find the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District Bus Pass Application Form. This is an annual registration for school transportaion at no charge. To use the bus, you need to register, get assigned a stop, receive a pass, and show it each time you board. Passes can’t be shared, and if you forge or misuse a pass, you’ll be banned from the bus. Always show your pass to the driver when you get on. If your pass gets damaged or lost, a replacement costs $5.00.
