We know that any disruption to the rhythm of school life, even a temporary one, can be stressful, especially during the morning rush when you are trying to get your child to school and yourself to work. We do not take that lightly, and we want to take a moment to explain what is happening, why it matters, and what you can expect in the weeks and months ahead.

Thomas Page Elementary School understands that in a world that demands more and more of our time, parents can't always spend time at our office filling out forms and paperwork. That's why we're now providing easy and convenient access to enrollment and permission forms online. It's now easier than ever to keep your childrens' records up-to-date and ensure their safety at school.

Field Trip Forms

Are you volunteering to drive on a field trip? You will need to have a Driver's Certification Form on file in the office. These forms are valid for four months from the signature date. Click on the appropriate language for the form and return it to the office.
